The EEA Legal Advisory Working Group (LAWG), led by EEA Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary Oksana Davis and LAWG Chair Aaron Wright, held a face-to-face meeting at the offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP on April 18 to discuss the current state of the blockchain ecosystem in the legal industry.
On April 12, 2019, the first EEA China workshop hosted by Wanchain was held in Beijing with representatives from nearly 20 institutions including Bii Group, RTrade, IDHub, and the PCTA. EEA China representative and Wanchain VP of Engineering Zhang Weijia introduced the EEA standard organization and described its China roadmap. We are looking forward to more events in the Asia Pacific region.
I am the EEA’s Technical Program Director and my responsibility is to ensure that we develop our specifications using a modern, fair and effective process. I support the EEA Working Group’ chairs, management and our global member-base.
