Don is one of the world’s leading authorities on the impact of technology on business and society. He has authored 18 books,including Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything, which has been translated into over 25 languages. In 2016, with his son Alex, he co-authored the global best seller Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology Behind Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrencies is Changing the World, now translated into 20 languages.

Dan Burnett
EEA Executive Director

With over two decades of experience in web and Internet standards, Burnett brings to the EEA his extensive network and a stellar reputation as an action-oriented leader helping leaders build business ecosystems as well as the standards needed to drive interoperability and adoption. Prior to the EEA, he served as Blockchain Standards Architect at ConsenSys, an Ethereum-focused blockchain organization, and an EEA member company, where he developed standards that enabled businesses to take advantage of blockchain’s potential.

Grant Hummer
Angel Investor in Ethereum

Grant discovered Ethereum in 2015 while working as a software developer in San Francisco. He fell in love with it quickly and started the San Francisco Ethereum Developers Meetup, which has grown to thousands of Ethereum developers in the San Francisco Bay Area. He currently is an angel investor focusing on investing in Ethereum and the Ethereum ecosystem.

Adam McBride
NFT Archaeologist

Adam is responsible for the rediscovery of numerous historic projects dating from the early days of NFTs. It’s his current thesis that NFTs will massively impact human culture, resulting in these early NFTs holding a unique — and valuable — place for collectors.

Karen Scarbrough
Senior Technology Associate, BP

Karen Scarbrough is a Senior Technology Associate at BP where she drives blockchain and cryptocurrency strategy and leads external teams in Web3 proof of concepts. She is one of the few business executives with experience coding token sale smart contracts while addressing purchaser whitelisting, token distribution, and allocation services. She is a passionate advocate for the future of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, cryptography and privacy and is a frequent speaker on DeFi and its transformational effect on business and commerce.

Tegan Kline
Co-Founder and Head of Business at Edge & Node

Tegan Kline is helping to ensure a vibrant decentralized future. The Graph is Edge & Node’s first protocol, an indexing and query protocol organizing the world’s open blockchain data and making open data a public good. Tegan helps leaders and innovators connect more deeply with stakeholders across the blockchain ecosystem. Tegan made Forbes 30 under 30’s class of 2022. She is the former International Business Development Manager and OXT Relations Lead for Orchid, an A16z and Sequoia backed blockchain company that created tools and protocols for users to obtain digital freedom and an open and accessible internet. Tegan began her career on Wall Street in Investment Banking at BAML and, prior to discovering blockchain, worked in Sales and Trading at Barclays.
